250 Spanish lessons based on a specially produced mini-telenovela
The Viva El Español Spanish language course is an original format, based on a 5-minute daily humorous telenovela and supported by a TV interactive application. The course is highly suitable for VOD and can be easily adapted to both cellular and internet as well as tailored to any language.
Viva El Español's TV course is comprised of 250 10-minute lessons, each including a short episode of a specially produced mini-telenovela followed by a corresponding tutorial. The course consists of 5 weekly lessons for a 50-week period with each week dedicated to a different subject and/or level. The telenovela episode within each lesson uses the words, terms and conjugation of the given lesson, with all episodes forming a cohesive and humorous telenovela.
The TV course is complemented by a TV interactive layer, which allows users to exercise the material learnt according to their individual abilities and at their leisure. The TV interactive layer includes the following elements:
• Daily exercises, enabling users to practice the material tought on the daily TV lesson.
• An archive of all exercises, allowing users to catch up with the material learnt throughout the course.
• A speaking dictionary, teaching users the correct pronunciation of words and terms.
• A written dictionary of all words accumulated throughout the course.
• Word games and daily prize-bearing quizzes.
• Grammatical material and rules.
For viewers with no interactive service or who prefer to practice away from the television, the TV course can be supplemented with an exercise booklet.
