Dow Jones - Dori Media Group Extends Carriage Agreement With Hot - January 3rd, 2007

Dori Media Group Ltd. announced Wednesday that the Company has successfully extended its long-term agreement with 'HOT', the cable platform in Israel, for extended carriage of its two dedicated Telenovela TV channels: VIVA and VIVA Platina.

The agreement for VIVA, DMG's main channel that is carried as part of HOT's basic package, and the agreement for VIVA Platina, which is DMG's premium pay channel and broadcasts on weekends, have both been extended until the end of 2008. The terms of both agreements remain materially unchanged.

This agreement follows DMG's announcement on Nov. 14, 2006, that the Company has successfully extended, until the end of 2010, its long-term agreement with 'YES', the leading DBS television provider in Israel, also for extended carriage of VIVA and VIVA Platina.
